The best time to use this oil is during the morning pre-bath massage ritual, when your baby’s muscles are fresh and responsive, helping strengthen and energise them for the day.

HOW TO USE

Warm a few drops of the oil in your palms and massage your baby’s arms, legs, and back using firm yet gentle, long strokes to support muscle strengthening. Use circular motions around joints to improve flexibility and mobility. Massage the tummy clockwise and allow the oil to absorb for 10–15 minutes

WHO SHOULD USE

This nourishing oil blend is suitable for babies from 3 months onward, once their skin is ready for regular massage. It can be used throughout early childhood—up to 8–9 years—to support muscle strengthening, improve flexibility.
